    what’s up with the xbox enforcement system


    the system only ever seems to work against me. i sent a message telling someone to “pull my pants up when you’re done” in response to them spamming my message inbox constantly after a game and within seconds the message was deleted from the chat and i was given a two day suspension. but when i report a message sent to me containing racial slurs, i have to wait several minutes for a message to pop up saying xbox wasn’t able to take action on my report. i read another thread that said the message is being sent out as a mistake but even then i’m still able to see the message i reported and the other person doesn’t seem to have gotten a strike or anything as they have continuously texted me since then.

    As your suspension last 48 hours is not possible to appeal because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket
