Whats up with the game restrictions for other profiles????

I found Fallout 3 in my own accounts download history, so problem solved.(i dont remember buying it but i do buy things when im drunk so thats why I didnt know i owned it myself)

In the Xbox 360 settings, I found "Transfer Lisence" and I think that makes it the Home Xbox on my cousins profile but refrained from selecting it as its not my cosole to do so. I promted myself to search for Fallout 3 on my Download History as a last desperate
attempt. I transfered my licenses instead just to be safe and now the game played after re-downloading the game, if the game is already installed and your promted to download games again the Download Again button highlights so you can do so without having
to wait for an actual download but the downloading sequence still happens but way way faster.

If you leave his account logged in at the same time as yours you can play the game, it is a way for you to be able to play until you get your xbox.

Do you see an error code on screen and if so what is it?

I have tried searching the Xbox Support
pages to see if the is a feature like the Xbox One has that allows you to designate the Xbox as a Home console but can’t seem to find
anything like this feature for the Xbox 360.

you could log into their profiles and manually hide the games but other than that there are parental controls available on your microsoft account to restrict access.

Unfortunately it is up to the publisher to decide what regions their games can support. There may be other restrictions as well in place by certain regions regarding ratings and content which may also affect if a game is available in that region or not.
