What's up with the 3 month Groove pass?

I can see by the forums that I'm not the only one having problems with this promotion. It's been 30 days and still no token in my messages or my inbox. Very frustrating! A little help?

Signed up for groove music free trial and still haven't received a code for extended 3 month period.

Hello,

I signed up for groove music free trial as a first time subscriber a month ago from now when the offer for 3 more free months of groove music was available. Upon signing up they told me that I would receive 3 free months of groove music for free as a code
in email. However I have not received the code as of yet, it's been 30 days now since I signed up for groove music free trial. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

Never received Groove music 3 month promo

I signed up for Groove on December 22, 2016. I never received the code for the 3-month free groove pass. I was already charged for one month on Jan 28th, with second charge pending in just a few days. Please help.

I seen the offer on my Xbox One. It's a dashboard promotion (1+3= 4 free months). It's still going on. I can see it on my TV as I type this. No token yet...

 

Nevermind. I received my token! Got it in my inbox today. Will add later. Thanks for your help!
