    What's up with mods shutting down all threads concerning error code 0x87e00013?


    I've tried to find a fix for error code 0x87e00013 and when searching for it I've found several threads about it on this forum. In not a single one has there been a proper fix or any kind of answer besides "Remove the installed game and re-install it".
    I know that I'm not alone with with this error, nor happy about a so called "fix" that has you redownload the entire game every time there is an update. This issue has persisted for quite a while now, and unless there is an actual solution to the problem I
    wouldn't say that it is acceptable that the mods shut down the threads "because the post being outdated". You could at least combine the threads or make a sticky about the issue so users don't have to spend their time looking in vain or wasting time on support
    calls when they won't be able to help.

    I have also been having this issue and was looking to see how to fix this. Like it states in other threads, you need to uninstall the game and reinstall. This is less than ideal when I spend alot of time away from home and only have access to public and/or
    mobile wifi. Was trying to play The Outer Worlds and it is prompting for an update from the Microsoft store, but is failing with this error code. I wouldn't mind so much if I was still able to play the game without the latest update, but it does not let me
    do this either. I hope they sort this issue out as it is incredibly frustrating.
