    Whats this error code to do with to resolve my problem on xbox store..


    Recently i have tried going to the xbox game store and when clicking on anything a box appears stating that 'Something Went Wrong' for more support go to xbox.com/errorhelp and put in the error code. so i have reset my console many time to see and then go
    to the xbox site and that says that there is nothing for that code.

    The error code is '0x800707fba' and when searching on xbox site for this code nothing comes up,

    plus this is exactly what it said.

    I have looked to see if you can get banned off the store from purchasing, but im quite sure i'm not as this account is my dads and we share it but don't ecessively buy content. Thanks for taking the time to read.

    Hopefully things are resolved.

    What you have to do is reach out to an official Xbox support agent. They are the only ones that have the proper tools to resolve this problem.

    I am trying to install Dragon Age 2 from the game store do you my Xbox One X and I am getting a random error code that does not seem to exist anywhere on the Xbox help page the error code is 0x87e0000d
    Exactly the same problem that I have. Since we all have the same disservice, we know for sure that it is Microsoft who has a problem and not us. We hope they resolve as soon as possible.
