what's the refresh rate xboxone support when i use Xbox App on Windows 10 to play game

OK then, no support ,I already have a sansung tabs which are 2K amoled screen and a laptop so , I don't think I should buy another screen ,but I do play FPS all the time ,so 120HZ are really useful .

maybe I should wait for the next gen console released ,then maybe I get a Portable display or something

yes I know 5G are good ,but I'm using a cat 8 network cable ,the speed for cat 8 are 40GBPS/S ,that's like 5GB/S for download speed

and 5G are like 1000GBPS/S which is 100+MB/s so I'm faster OK ?

the question I'm asking actually are for screen flash rate ,because this now free sync tech if we are using HDMI, we can have 120HZ

Due to how the video compression is set up to stream to your Laptop, the games will always run at a refresh rate of 60/30Hz. Even if your monitor supports more. 120Hz Refresh Rate will only work if you connect the Xbox directly to the monitor. Also, the
monitor has to support FreeSync via HDMI. Some monitors only support FreeSync via Display Port.

I tried to look for an online manual, most manufacturers have them as downloadable PDF's, but this one doesn't seem to be online - at least not when I searched for it.

If you have a manual it should have a section that mentions the 'Timings' of the display. We're interested only in the Vertical Refresh. If the manual is comprehensive enough it should provide this information, and should say what vertical refresh rates
are supported and what various resolutions they are supported. including if such a resolution or refresh is supported via HDMI.

Even if 1440P (or 2560x1440) is listed here at 120Hz, the Xbox One can still be pretty fussy when it comes to monitors and refresh rates. PC's - with the correct graphics hardware - won't have issues supporting the native resolution and refresh rate of this
monitor as they are more open standards, but the Xbox is not so simple.
