Whats the point of this?

I have discovered something infuriating in Microsoft that I wanted to ask. Whats the point of separating xbox one s and xbox one x? I mean the only difference in my point of view, is one x has more games. I want to play Fortnite because its popular, but
I can't because I have an 'incompatable console'. cant play [Mod Removed - Profanity] fallout 4 because i have the wrong console! Its infuriating to think that I can't play the games I want because of my console. You got to give choices to
every one, and I mean every one. You can't actively prevent your customers from buying your product so that they are forced to by a new console and in some cases, buy the games that you played again. This has to be looked into by somebody, and i mean anybody
who wants the Microsoft community to be a happy, fair community.

I also read they had reworked the map and felt it needed more testing. Plus the CoD thing -

Oh definitely, there is a lot more than just that... But a huge part of networking for gaming is the graphics/game engine and the amount of people connected.

That's quite an interesting read, but I don't think anyone really had issues with every once in awhile getting booted because of a small issue with the flawed stat tracking. I just have to go back to them, but Bungie has the best netcode and stat tracking
in the business, period. I have never seen another game get my stats 100% correct a minute or two after a game is over. Not just that, but almost no lag. Ridiculous.

It's great that they're improving the stat tracking, but the extreme majority of the issues with the servers comes from how many players are connected and the amount of data the game is processing through the servers (Basically, the graphics/game engine
itself).

Also, it should be noted that you're statement of them testing these specific servers in the beta may not be true. They posted that in January, basically outlining what they were going to do with it.

I don't really get this either. You don't need an X to play any game. There is no exclusive game on the X.

All Xbox One games are playable on both the One S and One X. The major difference between the two is the graphical power behind the Xbox One X as it is capable of 4K gaming on select titles.

To be clear Xbox One games and select BC Xbox 360 games are compatible between the Standard Xbox One, One S, and one X.

The differences between the One S and X are down to preferences about design and processing power.
