    What's the point in one day bans


    what's the point giving out one day bans for getting reported and then them getting nothing when they said worse

    RE-RELEASE BANNED GAMERTAGS

    What's the point? The tags were banned for a reason and if the reason still exists the ban still exists. I never understood the point of wanting to reclaim an old tag in any case.

    Because it's a first suspension hence a warning

    Multiple suspensions is a bad thing you do realize that right?

    It only gets worse when you have multiple violations including a perm suspension

    And yes they do look at your enforcement history when investigating

    Most of live doesn't have an issue with suspensions like 99.9% of live

    Just live life and play fair you never incur punishments

    Oh and be human

    Once you have been given an Enforcement action, for even one day, you can't be an ambassador or can be removed from the Preview program, so there is that.

    You don't know what has happened to the other person. Are you reporting them as well? That is the only way Enforcement would know to look at what was said or done. Just because one side reported doesn't mean that both sides of the conversation are looked
    at.

    Unwarranted suspension/ Compensation

    A one day ban is one thing and cant be appealed so that's fine but in your case it was 2 weeks but lasted 4 days after which they said it wasnt warranted?

    So as you have paid for 4 days you been unable to access for I think they should cover that, should but unknown if would.

    If it was a case of the ban was reviewed and deemed excessive that's different as a ban was still enforced but as you state it was revoked I think you have a fair point
