whats the point in messages?

1. Play an online game.

2. game goes badly for your team.

3. recieve a message calling you cancer.

4. respond with "maybe you should play healer next time"

get coms banned because you get mass reported by him and his entire friendslist

my question is why is micorsoft report system still so insanely dumb that it allows people to just start new conversations with people calling me cancer BUT listens to like 50 people who have never interacted with my profile to mass report my profile for communication
they never could have had with me?

Can't appeal a mass report btw before someone says to do that. so why does microsoft allow gang bullying through abusing their system?

played overwatch for 1 month and i get a coms ban on xbox.

played overwatch on ps4 for 2 years zero messages calling me cancer.

Try Make contact with the Enforcement team to see with happens about that. Until I Know, any time with someone make a Report, one people of staff go analyze the report, and only later go take providence, and if the report is wrong, how make the false report
go take punition

It's not possible to be suspended off of mass reporting. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. You can be
reported a million times and not get a suspension as long as you comply with the rules.

It's also possible your suspension may be for something else the enforcement team found while investigating you rather than that interaction. "also tried asking why are you even allowed to send swear words to people
not on your friendslist/ is their a way to block it." Profanity is not allowed on Live at all, even with your friends, so if you had used profanity with a friend you could have been suspended for that. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why you were suspended.

As such, the reason why you wouldn't be able to submit a case review would not be based on a "mass report". Most likely you were given a 24 hour suspension which is not eligible for a case review because it is too short for a review.

In situations like that, report the other person and block them rather then respond to them.

tried contacting support but they tell you they can't do anything beyond telling me when im unbanned. even tried asking them how many till im permently banned but he had no answer. not allowed to appeal it either. if you get banned for a word you can beg
an applogy apperntly but mass reported is just a straight up ban with no forgiveness.

also tried asking why are you even allowed to send swear words to people not on your friendslist/ is their a way to block it. it's very obviously going to be abusive no matter what. he said thats a good idea but doesn't exist within our framework.

i know you can turn off notification from randoms but i kinda need that for my achievement hunting groups/posts outside of xbox.

also i said i believe it was from mass reporting. i was never given a reason so i have no idea what im even banned for just coms banned for a day. His original answer was a controdiction i got no answer as far as i was concerned. point 27 is irrelevant
