    It's a 3 box bar I think it's a X, what looks like a electric voltage thing and something else.

    at the bottom of the window/screen there should be a + at the left end of the bar.

    if there isn't a bar with icons (+/new game, cog/options, cards, lightbulb/hints) at the bottom of the window/screen there should be a triangle/up arrow at the bottom right of the screen.

    click on the triangle/up arrow, and the + icon for New Game should show at bottom left.

    Hi Flying elephants.

    Can you please try those steps:

    1. click on the windows logo left bottom
    2. please type 'xbox game bar'
    3. right click on it and click on settings
    4. scrolls down and click on repair.
    If that still didn't work please try those steps.

    1. click on the windows logo left bottom.
    2. please type 'microsoft store'
    3. once you see the store open up, go to top right and click on the 3 dots '...'
    4. click on Downloads and Updates.

    xbox.com/en-US always redirects to xbox.com/en-GB

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to the black-grey bar and on the bottom line, furthest to the left, it should say United Kingdom. Click that and on the next page select United States. That should resolve the issue for you.
