What's New? No Audio from Game Pass Ultimate Game

I started subscribing to Xbox Game Pass. I was about to cancel my membership when I spotted Rare Rewind. Every game works for me but this one... All games I have downloaded from game pass play sound. This game works, and you can enter Conker's Bad Fur
Day but you cannot hear sound PERIOD.

1. Already tried soft reboot and hard reboot.
2. Already tried changing volume settings.

3. Tried switching from apps to games and closing out.

4. Xbox system up to date

5. Deleted and reinstalled 3 times

6. I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON PAID BY MICROSOFT NOT A FELLOW GAMER, NOT A SUPPORT GROUP (this is not an addiction) AND DEFINITELY NOT A BOT. Someone please help or call me this id ridiculous.

6. Tried to contact support apparently support doesn't exist anymore and Microsoft wants to blame Covid-19 and ID2020 for why there aren't live employees to offer support. Guess Sony stock will go up if they keep this up...

Was wondering if anyone else has been having issues/trouble and what their successful fixes are. Thanks.

I have the same issue... I was so stoked when i saw this on game pass, waited for it to download... Was so disappointed to find out it has no sound...

When you upgrade from standard Gold/Game Pass to Game Pass Ultimate, you upgrade at a ratio of 1:1.

The 3:1 conversion ratio is what happens when you already have Ultimate and are adding standard Gold/Game Pass to Ultimate.

Game pass has nothing to do with playing back video and audio, which is what windows media center was for. What specifically are you trying to do?

there is no way to play game pass on Xbox 360. You'll have to upgrade to a minimum of Xbox one, or play on your PC if you have game pass ultimate or PC game pass

you can also use the cloud to play Xbox one and series games on your PC

New subscribers will get the 1:1 ratio converting from Gold to Game Pass Ultimate. That's probably not the case for the two people you mentioned. They probably had subscribed to game pass before that's why they don't receive the same conversion ratio.

Another tip, you can convert up to 36 months of Gold to Game Pass Ultimate when using this ratio. So if you have Gold for a year, that converts into a 13 months of Game Pass Ultimate. What lots of players did, stacking up on Gold up to 36 months and convert
that into Game Pass Ultimate to take advantage of this deal. So in total you would get 37 months of Ultimate for the best price possible.
