Hi there welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. You should have received a rejection email or something similar regarding your refund, you meed to reply to it.

nothing you can do, you get one review and that's it, they have AI controlling most of the bans which is insane.

how many previous bans have you had as that can go towards it and all it takes is someone to not like your avatar and they can report it and the AI autobans it. proven time and time again.

support won't and cannot help as they are not allowed to.
