    @x24hrs2livex - Also one of the most common names.

    As for the name of my Shepard, it was my name and it seemed odd, so every other time after that I just used the default name.

    1. We know the computer who assigns those random names has been working too hard for too long, and really needs to take a vacation.

    2. That 'glitch in the system' error often happens when you use an old version of IE (before 7) or another browser besides IE8/9/10 or Safari (especially Chrome) - can you please see if the 'glitch in the system' occurs when
    using a modern version of IE or Safari?

    3. You can change the gamertag you don't like. Folks with new accounts get one free change; changes after the first one cost 800 MS Points. However, is it that you wanted a gamertag/account you had before? Then you might have
    entered a different email address when you installed Win-VIII.
