What's happening to my Sudoku Daily Challenge?

I play daily challenges on Microsoft Solitaire Collection and up until this week have had no problems. This week when I click to play Sudoku I get a message to say I am not connected to the Internet - which I am - the message says I am not connected to xbox
and to check my internet connection. This happens only with the Sudoku challenges - not with jig-saws, mah-jong or the card challenges. I have not changed any settings so what do I need to do please? Now I can't post this query!!!

sudoku keeps looping back to start

When I try to play daily challenges sudoku, it goes back to daily challenge start screen. I click sudoku goes to sudoku click daily challenges and it goes back to microsoft daily challenges.

 

The ads are locking up the game.

Same issue for... Solitaire, Mah-jong, Sudoku. Started happening a few days ago. Ads freeze and don't allow me to play the daily challenges. Getting rid of my surface, and replacing with an android tablet..... tired of Microsoft BS.

 

There seems to be some problems with the service.

Let's hope MS fixes it soon.
