    what's happening and why can't I buy things?


    I recently tried to go on the Xbox store using my Xbox one and it said the store was above my content restrictions I'm over 18 so I don't know why this is happening. me and my dad are trying to fix/figure out what's happening as I type this. I can't access
    the store or use codes at all my dad said that this shouldn't be happening. any help wold be useful at this point.

    Can't sign in what's happening?

    I try signing into my Xbox it says error I searched the code it doesn't exsist? And just been waiting all day so is it Microsoft end?

    I'm sorry you are having such trouble. I just want to clarify though, why can't you buy these things? What happens? Do you get an error message? Walk me through trying to rent a movie. Also with buying a game add-on. Thanks!

    First and foremost, you should naturally ensure that you have selected Canada as your location.
    Go to Settings > System > Language & Location and ensure your location is set to Canada.

    Additionally, you should try an alternative connection to the one you are using, or ask your provider if the fact that you are being identified as being in the USA could be due to the IP address they have assigned to you.

    I can only suggest, as you may already know, using gift cards for your purchases.

    The xbox will not allow me to install a certain game. the installation will stop close to 0% and pop up with error message

    It would help if the op posted if it's digital or a disc copy & what things they have tried.

    Not sure why you can't buy anything either.
