    What's happened to my membership??


    Hi so I went to go play Destiny and realised I no longer had Gold membership. I thought my payment must have been missed for whatever reason. I then went to go buy more but when I try buy more it tells me that I'm already a gold member. I'm essentially locked
    out of xbox live when I've paid for it already and it won't even let me buy more...

    Right when there are limited time events going on in Destiny this happens, can someone help and explain to me why this has happened so it doesn't happen in future?

    I'll be disappointed if this isn't fixed because its the day before Christmas your service decides to break and I'm supposed to be getting my new games tomorrow.

    All achievements got reset and won't progress !

    This happened to me too. On all my games! What's going on Xbox?

    What's happened to Microsoft Ultimate Word Games?

    Both the Wordament and Jumble April 2018 maps disappeared sometime yesterday - I had been playing both in the morning and they are now nowhere in sight. Today (4/11) the Daily Challenge Crossword won't load. Not happy. Please fix this ASAP.

    In addition to onyx62is I'd like to say that you do not need a gold membership to just play games. But if you want to play online multiplayer games or use the social features of xbl like party chat you do need a gold membership.

    Single player does not require gold, so you just have to be silver/Free.
