    Ever since last friday the service alert has not gone away. It's on Xbox One, but even 360 too. It has to do with content purchase and usage. But some people can still buy things. My friend however can not buy any things at all. He still get's that message
    that he reached his limit and that makes no sense at all.

    In my case it's something else. I bought Trials Fusion last week during the sales and yesterday and now i decided to play it. Yesterday i kept receiving an error that the game could not be updated. A new day....no change. I still cannot update the game and
    thus i cannot play it. Ridiculous! Is there anything i can do?

    The error i get is:

    There was a problem with the update

    Trials Fusion needs an update, but something went wrong. etc etc.

    It tells me to visit xbox.com/xboxone/update/help but none of the steps help me at all. It also tells me i can try out the
    Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool, but is that even gonna do anything? Anyone else got this crap too?

    What's going!!?

    Another suggestion could be to delete and redownload your profile if you're playing it on the Xbox One.

    I try to get on Xbox live to play a simple match of TDM on Call of Duty OPS , and it tells me I'm not allowed on Xbox Live; I just paid my gold membership too, sooo I need answers

    What's going on?

    I've seen a few posts over the last few days from gamers that have had issues downloading games, updates, a few mentioning that when it allows them to download it's going very slow.

    So it looks like Xbox LIVE is having a few issues but probably your best bet would be to call Xbox Support, maybe they can help you out but chances are it's just a case of waiting for the issues to be sorted out.

  5. Yeah i guess i have to wait for this to be fixed then. Is there a way to remove an update/patch from games? So i can test it out with another game and see if that update download fails as well. Just so i know it's nothing to do with Trials Fusion.

    What is going on?

    On your console go to MY XBOX>Select your profile>Select ONLINE SAFETY SETTINGS>CUSTOM...now scroll through the options and make sure you have your voice/text comms set to everyone or friends only.

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Whats going on????

    At one point when I tried to sign in there was a note to go to News to find out how to correct the error however I do not know how to get to News. I also tried uninstalling & re-installing but still not able to sign in to sudoku. I am able to et into mahjong
    & solitaire without any problems
