    What's going on with these crashes? NBA 2K22 & FIFA 22


    NBA 2K22, FIFA 22 and apparently Madden are all crashing when playing online.

    Can we get some clarification on this issue? People across Reddit and other forums have been reporting the issue on NBA for literally weeks now, and I've experienced this both on FIFA and NBA, aswell as Cold War when that released last year. It's hard crashing the console.

    Is there something inherent of the hardware that's causing these issues? It's surprising that it only seems to be happening online.

    I've started a repair request through my warranty as nobody seems to be clarifying what exactly they are investigating or what's causing these issues.

    Hey there. I have the same problems. It occurs when playing nba 2k22 and yesterday it also happened at fifa 22. what’s the issue Microsoft? :(

    That tweet only mentions NBA, is the issue with FIFA 22 also being looked at?

    I really don't want to have to send my console back if I can help it.

    Yes, it only mentions one game but others may be related, so we're guiding the end of the investigation to launch a fix.

    If it was happening to all the games on your console, and couldn't run any games, it would be different.

    i just did that and fortunately all my games started working again except FIFA 22 and NBA 2K22
