    Whats going on with the rewards/points


    I am having issues every week with my points no being recognised. I missed out on the gears 5 500 points as an achievement never popped until the day after that campaign finished, also the 50 daily points for getting an achievement.

    Nearly every third day i miss 50 points from the daily tracker not working.

    Now today its only recognising 2/3 my three achievements for the rewards set and i can't claim the 50 points from the daily as its not even acknowledging one of the two achievements its only recognising for today.

    Can you fix this its an absolute joke and potentially now i may lose my 15 week streak on the rewards set.

    I tried that but theres no option for microsoft rewards that i can find. Endless cycle of signing in again or chat not being able to help with this enquiry on the chat form.

    You will need to contact Microsoft Rewards on this issue. It happens sometimes, just take screen shots of the achievements with the date visible, such as on Xbox mobile app, Xbox Companion app on PC, or taking a pic of your TV screen. They are really good
    about helping getting players the missed points if the system doesn't register the quest or activity complete.

    You can find the link to Microsoft Rewards from you Microsoft Account page in the Rewards tab and scroll to the bottom of the page.

    If you have not already you need to post in the support forum to receive assistance. This is the discussion forum for the Reward Program and it is not monitored by the staff. Once you do that they will review your account and reply to you within 1-2 business
    days. They do not work weekends so it's possible you won't hear from them until Monday.
