    Whats going on with the Ark survival Ascended certification?


    Whats going on with the Ark survival Ascended certification? Got lots of people waiting because the developer thought it was a good idea to release the updates on the other platforms on a cross platform game. So all of windows has been unable to play since last Monday. They haven't given us no updates on their end so that's why I'm here asking.

    According to your description, you cannot install your DLC content in Ark Survival Ascended.



    This is a hot issue, and the community has received a lot of feedback from players with the same problem.

    Ark Survival Ascended - "DLC not installed" - Microsoft Community

    You may need to wait for an official update to install the DLC content normally.

    And you can try to uninstall and install it on the Microsoft Store/Xbox different programs to see if it works.

    You can try to change your connection DNS.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Go to Profile and System > Settings

    In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

    Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

    On the DNS field, input these:

    Primary: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary: 8.8.4.4

    Save settings.

    Let me know if it works!
