    not sure if this is the right section.

    i recently sent my xbox one off for repair it was received by the repair centre on the 30th and was repaired on the 31st now its the 6th and they still haven't posted it back to me this is making me think something has happened to
    it also the other reason why i think is is because when you send off your xbox for repair you can log in the device repair section and see the order number for your device which you can click on and it tells you whats happening to your device like when it
    was received when its repaired etc but for some reason when i now log in to the device repair section my order has suddenly dissapeared even tho it was there previously........

    i have spoken to people on the live chat over 8 times trying to get an answer why and every time they pretty much ignore it and just tell me my xbox has been fixed.

    The repair process takes 14-21 business days. from the time they get it, to the time you get the Xbox back.

    The Xbox would not have been received on one day and repaired on the next. The only time there is such a short turnaround is when they find that the tamper seal is broken or they find that the Xbox has been tampered with.

    If everything goes ok, I would expect that the console would be shipping out this week.

    Xbox Support does not have direct contact with the repair center. Xbox Support can only see the status of what the repair center posts on the "case notes" and those notes from the repair center are brief at best.

    When the Xbox ships out, you should receive a tracking number. And when you check on that tracking number, it's going to say Not Found in the Fedex system until the Xbox gets scanned at a regional/local distribution center.

    Repairs are not done in one day. An exchange, most likely.

    So this is you're 3rd "repair"?

    If the device you're getting or have received have all been the same serial number. Another possibility is that they are testing it there and not finding an issue and sending it back but usually with a note stating no fault found.

    It can take up to 7 days for the shipping status to update on the carrier’s website. If you don’t see any status changes on your shipment after this time, contact Xbox Support.

    its the second repair the first time it wasn't turning on at all so they repaired it and sent it back but once I got it back it was making loud noises that were never there before so I sent it back again and yes it was the same serial number.

    It looks like they fixed the not turning on issue but then made another problem...

    And this is just one of the emails recieved by someone I spoke to in the live chat telling me again it has been repaired i have multiple emails saying it was repaired.

    I have confirmed delivery with UPS however when I try to get in contact with chat support it says unable to connect to you try again. normally I'd just forget about it but it was an expensive controller
