What's going on with my Xbox One S?

All of a sudden my Xbox is going off the deep end. It started a few weeks ago when my wireless controller suddenly turned off, it wasn't a battery issue because the batteries were almost full. At first, it was giving brief flashes and flickers, but then
I was told it was a power issue by the forums and that the Xbox was shutting off wireless devices to keep itself on. So I turn off the Xbox, unplug it, and shut off the controller and leave it for the next 8 hours while I sleep for school. I check on the controller
the next day and it stopped doing anything at all. So for the next 2 weeks, I did hardly anything to the Xbox besides watching youtube using the remote app. This Monday it turned back on and started functioning again, but for some reason, I had to set up the
Xbox as if I had just bought it from the store all over again. I put back my account on the Xbox again, I didn't lose anything besides having to log back into all the apps, everything was fine. Now the controller's right bumper is being held down furiously
without me even touching it and the controller itself is flip-flopping between shutting itself off and not turning itself back on with new batteries and functioning for a few seconds before drifting again or turning off.
