What’s going on with my games?

I’m continually experiencing a problem with installing/playing games on my Xbox One. Sometimes I end up with the game being unable to launch and it saying it’s corrupted or when it launches it freezes up after a few. I’m using an external storage device and this is really beginning to aggravate me and irritate me because I sometimes have to restart my whole Xbox or have to uninstall and reinstall the game. What is going on?!?!??
