    What's going on with captures?


    I just noticed yesterday that my screens and clips are not uploading to my profile. I can't save them, either. In addition to this, my profile and the clip sites such as xboxclips and xboxdvr are now showing my latest uploaded content as mid December even
    though I have taken many screens and clips since then and those clips and screens were all in my profiles up until a few days ago. I can edit a clip in Upload Studio and send it to OneDrive but that's it.

    I've set my Xbox offline, restarted and set it back online hoping to force a sync but that didn't work. All my content is still on the console and I can view it but it's not syncing and I cant save any of it. So what's going on?

    Have you tried re-installing upload studio it might help.

    Actually, I hadn't tried that. I just did but it didn't fix it. The screens on my profile last synced three days ago and the clips lost everything back to Dec 18. All of the content is still on the console, it's just not uploading to my profile. I'm out
    of ideas at this point.

    What I do is capture my game with Xbox capture . Then Go to my captures on xbox app or xbox.com. Download them to my pc and edit them then put them on youtube . Easy way to by pass everything complicated.

    That is not what they asked. The question is *where* do the captures go on OneDrive once you upload them. What folder do the captures upload to, as I'm having the same issue finding them on OneDrive once upload is done.

    What you need to do is copy your captures to the captures folder on Windows 10, should be in your videos folder. Then launch the Xbox app, select captures, then select this pc, and your captures should be listed, select the capture you want to upload, and
    give it a name, and choose the game it's for, and select upload. Once it is uploaded it will take a few hours to go on the xbox live feed.
