    Xbox Series X with LG OLED C1, included hdmi cable used if that matters

    Existing games work fine, FH5, The Evil Within 2, but anything I now download from Gamepass does this. Note the colours.

    Any ideas? I've turned of Variable Rate Refresh, 60Hz, turned off everything in the display section (HDR 10 etc. etc.), gone down to 1080. Soft rebooted.

    Out of ideas, why do my existing games work but nothing new from the gamepass? I've tried 3. Hellblade, the artful escape and Dark Alliance, and messed with combinations of settings in the display section, and played around with the TV, no matter what I turn off it stays the same. Rebooted between changes as well after trying restarting the game between changes etc. etc.As I said FH5 is perfect as is The Evil Within 2, TV is a new LG OLED C1 and it says the same settings are used for all the games.The game actually plays, the colours though are messed up as you can see.

    Any ideas?

    Just to confirm, Mortal Combat, The Evil Within 2, BurnOut Paradise, FH5 and ORI all work. I had these installed already.

    The new ones downloaded (and redownloaded) that dont work are: Hellblade, The Artful Escape, Dark Aliiance.

    Ive just downloaded Alice Returns - that works.

    Currently downloading Black Desert and The Evil Within 1.

    Lastly, in case your suspension lasts 48 hours or less, it is not eligible for an appeal because the enforcement team usually takes this time to review your case.

    Hi there Asher, my name is Gerardo, and I'm an Xbox player, just like you. I'll be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

    It seems to be an error. I have noticed that, on some occasions, add-ons that do not correspond to the game are displayed there. However, if I'm not mistaken, it's just a visual error and doesn't mean that if you purchase that edition of the game, you will have access to all the add-ons that clearly do not belong.

    In this situation, I recommend reporting the issue to the Xbox team using the instructions in the following link:

    https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/xbox-insider-hub-report-a-problem

    That way, Xbox engineers will investigate the reported problem and work on a solution so that add-ons that should not be listed in special editions of games are no longer displayed.

    Press the Windows Key + R

    Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Next, check for app updates on the store:

    With the Microsoft Store open, click on Library > Get Updates.

    After that, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool: https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

    Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

    Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved (Press "Y").

    Happens on the matrix tech demo btw. Ordered a new hdmi cable just in case, if tomorrow its the same ill try and get it returned.

    Unless anyone can help me, ive tried all the troubleshooting tips I can find.
