What's actually wrong with the Xbox One? Can ANYONE assist me. Please, I really need it.

Basically, I want to find an answer about the Xbox One.

Now, I understand a console having problems here and there after launch, but come on .. It's months after the initial release of the Xbox One and still, it actually has hardware/software related problems. I've now been through eight Xbox One's (Which you
can believe or not, I have no reason to lie), they all either had fans I could hear 4-5 feet away, Coil Whine and some where you loud enough you could easily hear 15 feet away.

Even through going all this, I still decide to stay with Microsoft. Even yesterday, I picked up the new Xbox One Sunset Overdrive edition and yet, I can still hear noises coming from it 4-5 feet away. I just can't understand what the problem is, I really
can't. The October update seem to be the answer for most people, but not myself. Surely I can't be this unlucky. I actually took five of them back to the same retailer (Game). I looked idiotic even though the problem was there. I've been from Game to Tesco
and now Asda. I'm really running out of options. I've even started backing down from amazing bundles and console offers because I'm afraid I won't be able to return it, now that's just ridiculous. I'm actually AFRAID to get another console at a BETTER price
because of the returns policy. I shouldn't have to worry about that, at all.

I'm even saying to myself, "I just wish I had a quiet console", acting like it's not normal to come across. It's actually really upset me, I can't figure out what the deal is. No matter what console I purchase, they all seem defective. Now of course, I'm
left with the option of sending it to Microsoft for a "repair". I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, but I don't exactly feel reassured knowing that people are having consoles returned to them looking like a mess with the amount of cosmetic damage. Why on
earth would I send a new pristine White Xbox One and have an awful one back, that doesn't seem fair at all to me. The other reason would be that people are saying they come back no different, also that even when they are given a new console and apply all the
new updates, it's still no better. I don't know if "updates" are the source of this situation, but I'm on the verge of snapping. All I want is a normal working quiet Xbox One.

Xbox Support said that for the most time, I should only be able to tell the Xbox One is on by seeing the power button turned on, that has never been the case with me, actually, my first original Xbox One which was the Titanfall bundle didn't make a peep,
the only true reason behind me selling it was because I needed the money at that time and planned on purchasing one again just a few weeks later. It's just become one big hassle, I have no one really to turn to. I just hope that some people can relate, I doubt
it really is just myself and maybe this thread won't get any replies but, I would at least like to find an answer. I don't know whether to send it off, wait for another update, return it .. I am truly out of options. It's that annoying that it's stopped me
playing games, TV was a big no as you could clearly hear it.

What's wrong with my internet?

I wanted to play a song with the Groove app at Xbox Live, but when I selected the song I instantly got an error. It says:

The Xbox service isn't available right now. Please try angain later. (status=807B01F4).

I looked at the support page of this error and did everything that was on it. My Xbox Live connection is OK, I tested it. Can anyone help me out?

I can defintly understand how frustrating this can be at this point. That's a lot of xbox consoles. Though sadly, your best bet to getting a console that is quiet is to send your console into support for a repair. I know the risks, and how scary it can be,
but honestly it would be the best guess if you really do have that bad of luck with getting quiet console.

I'm having the same problem, I could hear mine by both the console and the power brick :/ the console emits a high pitch sound coming from the fan which is pretty irritating(not too loud but noticeable). So I returned the kinectless xbox one into a retailer
today and I've got another one with the same problem, I can hear it over the ps4 too which is meant to be louder. Think I'm just gonna wait until the November patch to see if that does anything
