What's a good size and make of an external hard drive for xbox one?

Hey all,

My Xbox one is running out of space for new games and I don't want to keep removing games. I was looking at getting an external hard drive to plug into my Xbox but I don't know what brand or size to get. I was thinking 1TB would be enough but been told it
might not hold a lot??

Can anyone shed any light on this?

I like playing GTA 5, COD, Red redemption, and Forza (to name a few) to help with suggestion.

go for a 2TB sized drive, the USB powered western digital my passport drives are good and so are the seagate gamedrives.

Any external USB 3.0 hard drive with a minimum capacity of 128 GB up to a maximum capacity of 16 TB will work. So go for the largest size you can afford. You can also connect and use 3 of them at the same time.
