For refunds you would actually go through a refund request. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders but otherwise, support no longer uses a direct number. You'd have to request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

since there is nothing they can do as customer service so I asked for the Corporate number to see if there is anything they can do to help. she asked for my number to call back at the beginning of the phone call. but now she hung up on me after I asked for
the corporate phone number and still haven't called back.

I called customer service and automated service would only redirect me to going online. No other option
