What a great game

I've never come across an online shooter that rewards teamwork as much as GRFS. I play with a group of around 8 guys, so many nights we have a full team of 6 people. Coordinated assaults and defense using communication are key to succeeding. Sometimes
we get thumped by a group of hardcore GR vets, but generally we can hold our own in games, and everyone feels like they're contributing something to the match.

Just a quick summary a games licence, or content licence is the permission given to use downloaded content. There are two types of content licence. Account licence and console licence.

Account licence:

If you buy some downloadable content on your gamertag, we'll use an Arcade game as an example, you are able to download and play that Arcade game on any Xbox console you have your gamertag on. The catch is that if you remove your
gamertag from a console no other gamertag on that console can access the Arcade game any more.

Console licence:

This applies to the console you originally downloaded the content on. All gamertags on the original console the content was downloaded on can access that content via that console only (except the gamertag that purchased it, which
can access it anywhere).

this is what happens with software, you purchase a licence to use the software and dlc not to own it, they then have to provide that software for a period of time, they can then remove or revoke the licence at any time after what can be a reasonable amount
of time in use, say three years.

if a company wants to delist and revoke all licences to a game they can as that is what you agreed to when purchasing the licence.

it is a shame but this is what happens when companies have to licence the vehicles they use in games, all licences end at some point.

Game licences are not transferrable so you wouldn't be able to transfer it to a new gamertage, no.

As to buying a new licence on the banned gamertag, not sure what the point would be if the gamertag is banned from the game? The new licence would still be banned if the gamertag is banned from the game itself.

you paid for a licence to play the game, licences change, microsoft owns mojang and has done for years, they can change the terms of your licence anytime they wish, soo everything will require registration, what are you going to do then.

give it another year or so and to do any gaming you will need to register to many companies.
