What you can do when there is no Xbox live support or any kind of service in your region?

Yes I understand, the final solution would when we had the Xbox Lives services in my country, at least I can play the games for the one without any issue. I really appreciate the fact that you took time to answer mi question.

We cant help.with vpn issues as they are a violation of the terms of use

You are going to have to google the well known issue yourself.and solve it yourself

Its not limited to xbox which is probably why you arent finding the true solution

Geoip is what you should be looking up

Basically you have two issues eith vpn

One massive latency depending on which server you connect to

The farther the server the worse your ping and download speeds which can cause corruption if you ping out

Also the geoip issue well if you google.vpns and geoip issues you will find out why ite never recommended

Free vpns are notorious for rhe issue

There is a solution for errors with vpn but you gotta work with your vpn providers to work it out

And ite not a fix all issue since each are different

Sorry for the issue with Xbox live. There are many things that come into play when it comes to this. Also, it is not solely on Microsoft to offer this. The country/region has got to want it also. You can view the list of countries support and the details.

Wow that must be really bad I guess you need to play offline games or move put of that region

Thank you for take the time to answer, the main problem I had is with the backward games, every time I want to buy a game with my debit/credit card I am not able to do it, how ever I was able to do it before. I understand that is related to regions and that
my physical address maybe is not one for the console but it is sad when you have this issue. Since the Xbox one is not region block I do not have issues with it.

I would like to buy everything as some others can.
