What would you like the new Gears of War to be like ?

What kind of graphics, story, gameplay mechanics and so on do you expect from the game. What features would you like it to have and do you think it's gonna raise the bar once again ? Let's begin !

Just letting you know OP. Tai will be coming back in a future DLC.

I would like to be the Onyx Gaurd! Also Cole Train.

 

As long as its nothing like judgment, it will do me.

 

Yeah I think it's gonna be different in many ways. What I don't want is, them making the same game as the previous ones. We need something inovative something that's going to raise the bar again. I think they said they were going to go back to the roots.
Which am not sure is a great idea.

 

The first Gears was the best in my opinion. If they keep in similar to that I'll be happy.

 

@THEOWENKILLER What didn't you like about Judgment? I thought it was a decent Gears game. I thought 3 was the least "inspiring" to me out of the 4.

 

Back to the roots meaning what? In the first Gears, there was more action and less story. I actually preferred that. I played through the original Gears about 5 times with different people. I really enjoyed it. The second one was boring. Even the scene
with Dom's wife...yawn. I only really remember the worm scene, that's about it. I suffered through Gears 3's story because I was having so much fun with Horde. It was hard to break away from it, but I did. If they can go back to the great action of the
original and keep the horde mode, sure, I'd get it.

 

Judgement was just total dogs turd

 

i want fast paced, cinematic set pieces, jet packs, exosuits, laser guns with holographic readouts...pretty much every *** gimmicky feature they can think of, then add a "deep" story about a terrorist that is only slightly more evil than the protagonist...i
mean, what else can they do after wiping out all the enemies at the end of 3, they're pretty much just going to be beating a dead shark with the next game...and i cannot wait to see them do it.
