What will happen to Xbox 360 in the coming future

Xbox 360 games are just as important as the next-gen games being released. MS are putting a lot of emphasis on backwards compatibility on the Series X and often during the sales there are some great discounts to be had on 360 games. I can understand where
you are coming from but this is less about MS wanting to make money and more about good consumer practice in offering a console that lets people play their huge back catalogue games. Look at what MS and the Xbox team have done over the last few years and you
can see that gamers/consumers are being put first. From Backwards compatibility, GamePass, Crossplay, Play Anywhere and the new Smart Delivery feature that lets you just buy the game once, all of these are very much about catering to what gamers want as consumers.

I think the price of older games should be reduced, but to around $10 or less is unreasonable as its not MS who loose out but the developers and publishers of the games. It is also the developers/publishers who really set the price on those games too.
