What/Where are the XBOX Live Terms of Service please?

They are a document with rules and regulations you should abide by when using the Xbox Live service.

Well thats just stupid because the account should be tied to Xbox and not Xbox Live. I own the rights to the account, not Microsoft. Please send me a picture of the part of the terms of service where it says Microsoft owns my account.

No. If you live in a region where Live is not supported using anything to bypass that is a violation of the terms of service.
