New xbox one setup problem - unable to contact service

I am setting up the new Xbox one and followed all the prompts. I am on contacting service....hold on a sec.... It keeps going back to start from here. I have repeated this process many times but the it just says hold on a sec ... everytime and then jumps
back to start (press button A). Please help.

Hold on a sec screen going no further

Just bought an xbox one, switched on, entered wifi details, it confirmed it was connected, gone to next screen where it says contacting services, hold on a sec, i been holding on for last 12 hours, any ideas, as its pisstake that i cant even play a game
without the internet

Try contacting support by phone that way you can't be thrown to the beginning.

First thing to do is reboot the console. Hold the power button for 8+ secs. Wait 30 secs, then turn it back on. Another tip is to "quit" games when done, rather than resuming them. To quit a game that is in the Home window, say "Xbox Show Menu" (or hit the
menu button on the controller). Then say or select "Quit".

When you are on the main menu, just press and HOLD 10 sec the power button of the console, wait 30 sec , restart.
