What to do when Virtual Help send you in circles or doesn't understand the problem to be...

When I go to cancel my subscription it tells me that I must contact support to do so. When I go to contact support all I get is this virtual agent that does nothing to help me and only sends me in circles. I have not requested a refund as there is no clear
way to do this. I need my money back desperately so any other help is appreciated.

xbox has the worst service site I have ever seen. It just gives a couple of FAQs that have nothing to do with the problem, send me in a circle of asking what I want and end up back at the virtual assistant. I quickly losing any interest in buying anything
more from xbox, I'll have to go to playstation when this one dies, which I want to talk to someone about.

From what I understand : Almost everything you do gives you points. (hijacking, assist, kills) Those points fill up the circle. when the circle is full you get a drop.

So again I’ve been scammed using Microsoft official store and no one is willing to help no phone number a virtual assistance that send you in circles and ends with we don’t accept calls for this type of issues
