    What to do if your Xbox is stuck in Low - Resolution


    Hello. I've noticed that other people have been having this same problem and I would like to help. If you have set your Xbox to a low graphic setting and want to change it back, go to settings, general, display, and change the resolution from there. Once you click the one you want, your screen should blink black for a second and then ask you if you want to keep this change. When this pops up, select keep. If this screen is not popping up for you or you can't see it, press the A button repetitively because the screen will show up even if it's for a short second and this spamming will click it. I had this same problem recently and after I used a different HDMI cable the screen popped up instantly. I hope this helps anyone out there that is stuck in low res. Good luck.

    Xbox screen extremely dim

    Have you tried booting into low resolution mode? Maybe something was changed and is ot compatible with the change setting. Low resolution mode basically reset your display settings to the lowest settings. To do this you press and hold the Xbox button and
    the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. Note This will boot your console in a low resolution mode.
