    Hello Microsoft agent, I just got the new august ashplat 9 legends update but when i press to go in the game it stays on like for 20 seconds with the title Gameloft 20 years then it just kicks me out of the app. Regards Ebo

    Please help i have tried every solution on the internet None helped!
