What to do if the Rewards Support do not react since weeks?

but the last monds are alot of brocken games on rewards

was the assasins creed bug wo people could not collect the rewards quest

2 weeks lather quest for the artfull escape and was a payed game

and now this problem with dead by daylight .

some of rewards support is not doing hes job well ironie . cause since monds rewards is gething poor and poor with alot of games problems .

Rewards support will check into it for you and post back here.

Phone/chat support do not handle the rewards program since it is not run by Microsoft. Rewards support can only be found in this forum or Twitter.

Since the Rewards servers are separate from the Xbox servers, not everything will automatically switch over.

However I'm just doing what the Microsoft support agent told me I needed to do to get this fixed. Do Xbox rewards staff even use this forum?

You'll have to try emailing Microsoft Rewards support again. They do not use the forums and Xbox Rewards support cannot assist since that is a different program.
