What to do if My IP address is pulled by other playwrs On Xbox One

me and Some Friends were in a clan war for Grand theft auto 5 and then me and some other members got our IP Addresses oulled from the Clan we were fighting during the game and one member from my clan still isnt allowed to be online because of them booting
his Ip Address offline even though my clan never had mad any threats like that and we never will and we dont have people like that or people who can Kick people offline

3. How can you tell if it's a private IP address just by looking at it?

In order to make your IP stay constant, you will want to set a static IP. You can do this on your Xbox One by going to Network Settings -> Set up Network, and you will be able to set your own IP address.
