What to do if I was wrongfully suspended?

There NEEDS to be a way for us to have a case review, post suspension. I want a 30 year badge on my account for Xbox live. I don't want wrongful suspensions on my record as a memeber of the community.

I just served a 48 hour suspension. A player in game repeatedly said vulgur words to me. I was suspended because I messaged him and said do not call me that. He reported that message and that's how I got suspended.

This is wrong and should be ellegible for review.

A language learning model can identify that my response to the statement was a direct quote of the other player to say "do not call me that" as I felt offended. I felt violated as a player in the community. A ranked game mode that needs communication, and they used it for the wrong reasons. Xbox says I cannot submit a case for this.

I want a change so players can properly address the suspension.

I've been wrongfully suspended today, and I did not do a thing to violate the code of conduct I can't even sign into to see what this violation is. I did not play online with anyone.

It's a crappy situation, but for short term bans like this there is usually no course of action to take. You can attempt a case report review
here, but most of the time you just have to wait it out. In the future it's probably best to avoid messaging all together as this kind of thing happens over the smallest stuff.
