nope im trying to change it from US to Canadain and the card im using to pay for my game pass is in canadain so i would think i could switch it or use the same card but i cant so im kind of at a lost on what to do

I did that but the prepaid card code has been redeemed and it is not showimg in extra months .... what do I do ... have I lost my prepaid money??

Hold on, what's the console, game disc and Xbox Live? I'm on PC and simply purchased Minecraft with my mom's credit card then downloaded it and everything went flawless until this error appeared. I just want the game back please, I spent $51 in total
