What to do if i a new update on a game and when i first go on it crashes on the start

Hello, I have done this, I don't know if you've played GTAV, but because of me deleting it and reinstalling it, its reset the whole game and when I started doing the first mission, it stops and crashes as soon as I go through to 'threaten the people inside'.

It then goes on to crash each time I reload it.

when i first started playin this game i was doing it coop and it kept crashing played it single player and completed it and had not one problem

I am experiencing the same issue. At first I thought it was my mouse's battery going bad/dead. So I tried a new battery, but that did NOT fix the problem!! I do not remember when it first started, it was either after I download my first extra puzzle or
after Windows did an update or both. But since then I have been having problems playing Jigsaw; having it freeze up especially when I am trying to move a puzzle piece, trying to click on a puzzle piece to pick it up to move it, sometimes when the game loads
up it freezes, and sometimes after I complete a puzzle it will freeze up/crash.

Hopefully Microsoft will address/fix these "issues"/"bugs"!

My controller started doing the same thing then crashed completely when your stupid new controller update popped up, now it wont update and only the middle button works, if i reset my xbox it works fine until it tells me my controller needs an update then
it crashes again immediately, thanks for giving me a required update that crashes my hardware, your great xbox.....

Cant start a game error 67 when i go into training game crashes and when i sit in the menu 2 min it crashes
