What to do before selling my Xbox 360?

I'm planning on selling my Xbox 360 so I can get an Xbox One. But I have a fear of whoever I sell it to finds out somewhere that my Credit Card details are on the Xbox because I can just Select to buy a game without it asking me for my card details since
it's already set up. I want to know how I can make sure that there is NO personal info left on my Xbox.

Also I want to know is will the games I bought be available to whoever I sell it to, Because I'd like to include that in with the Xbox when I sell it. They're all downloaded games by the way.

couple of questons about selling xbox360 and switching to xbox one.

I'm selling my xbox 360 a week before I'm getting my xbox one.What do I need to do about my account? Is it connected to that particuler 360 console and what do I need to do before I sell that 360 console to someone I don't know? I want to keep my account
and just switch it to the xbox one I'm getting,but I'm confused about how selling my 360 a week before I get my xbox one is going to dictate what I need to do to keep my original account.Could someone tell me what I need to do and what order I need to do
it.Again,I want to take my account off of the 360 I'm selling and move it to a xbox one that I am buying.The monkey wrench in that simple process is that I am selling the xbox 360 a week before a get my new xbox one.Thanks

Moving from Xbox One to Xbox One S. What do I need to do before selling my Xbox One?

Hi

After setting the console up you will need to re install/download any games that were installed on the consoles internal hard drive. Once you have installed your games the new console should recognize your game saves located on the Microsoft servers and
download them to your new console when you start the game.

In addition to this make sure you set the new console as your home device.

As for the old console carrying out a factory reset and select the option to reset and remove everything should be sufficient and if the console is in the preview program please also unenrol the console from the program.

The transfer/resale of digital content is not allowed according to the TOS. Doing so can lead to all accounts/consoles recieving bans. You are advised to format your hard drive before selling so as to protect your account.

Factory settings would be basically formatting your XBOX 360's hard drive.

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
Select Storage or Memory.
Select the storage device that you want to rename, and then press Y on your controller.
Select Format. You will see the following message:
This will delete all content on this device. Do you wish to continue?
Select Yes to format the storage device.

If you are asked to enter your console serial number, do so, and then select Done. This step helps to guard against accidental formatting.

The console serial number is located on the back of the console and behind the oval door on the front of the console.

All of your account info is saved on the Xbox servers. So you won't need to back those up. The cloud will only hold game saves, so you can save them there if you ever plan on using a 360 again, but they won't work on the One.
