    What to do about audio issues for Starfield cloud gaming?


    Earlier today cloud gaming for Starfield was working perfectly. Tonight, I'm on my 4th restart (with 15-20 minutes waits each time) in order to have sound when in-game. It isn't a hardware issue as the Xbox beeps and other non-cloud game audio still work.

    What can I do to fix this?

    Just to set your proper expectations on this, we do have experienced ongoing issues withing Starfield as well since this game has just been released and there are some bugs and fixes that still needs to undergo investigation as well and we are aware that all users are experiencing this kind of concerns too and since this had been working before and now it has been not working. Perhaps there are some in-game maintenance that is ongoing or this might be issues within the game itself.     I feel your pain. I lost my whole game.. .2 weeks worth of play. Xbox has inferred that the issuebis the "cloud beta". I'm just wondering why Microsoft would initiate the cloud based save system during the release of Starfield. Everyone that has ever played a Bethesda game knows they are infamous in their own right for having game save issues.

    I personally have quit Starfield and won't Plat any games that require cloud saves until (if they ever do) Xbox fixes the problem.

    Oh, so is it lost forever? OMG. I was about to finish the Crimson Fleet questline. No way, I'm doing it again. I'll probably wait a couple of days, but if it's still gone, I'm done. I loved the game.
