    What to do about a repair with no update


    Sent a Xbox series x controller back to the repair centre. UPS say it was delivered on the 24th August but there is no update on the repair request and I can't find a way to chase it. Can anyone help?

    You are not supposed to send the HDD in when you send in a console for repair. It is unlikely that you will get the original HDD back.
