Ok so I am having major issues with my xb1 it started when I installed dying light dunno if that makes a difference but now I can't screen shot or record by double tapping the home button and when I try to sign in it asks me for my email pw which is fine,
but there is no keyboard to type in my pw tried resetting a few times but now it's just all black when I turn it on someone please help me

You would need to contact support again and speak to billing for assistance. Contact Us | Xbox Support

When you pre-order a game using a credit card or Paypal you are not charged until about 10 days before the game is released. So if you don't have enough funds or something is wrong with the card, the purchase can be cancelled.

Thanks for your post, this sounds like the transaction for your pre-orders did not fall through. If you pre-ordered a game it takes around 10 days before release to be charged. So when the initial pre-order is placed it does not charge immediately if being
purchased with a credit card, the order will charge only when the game is approaching release. If an account does not have funds at the time or charging or a card is expired, it will result in the pre-order license being revoked. To fix this, the game must
be purchased.

Ok... I got signed in but still the record and screen shot do not work and what caused that problem?

Have you tried powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

I still have my gamerscore but no games played? I have no idea on what's going on.

Odd the gamercard shows my recent games but I can't see them in my profile?
