    Ok, when this started like 2 months ago I was thought it wasn't a big deal. BUT it's been 2 months!! Is this ever getting fixed or WHAT??

    Jesus Christ! Also please answer this post. I see a lot of the same topic from others that MSFT hasn't bothered to answer.

    Hello Marso1,

    As stated in the tracker and FAQ for that offer, the extra star was not awarded until March 7th. We see that you were selected for the one star boost, not the two star boost. You are now currently at the one star.

    Good evening. I'm begining to feel sick about the RP.

    Initially they told that Gamertag Points obtained by achievements would count just to find out that later it was removed.

    Then a crappy structure so messy that you end up not knowing what points and stars are worth for.

    And finally, absolute liars behind it. I received an email telling me that I was close to my second star and that I could win it buy buying 41 euros in games or films before the end of February.

    WELL, I did I got no goddam second star. I bought games which I would have bought later when they were on sale and what did I get?

    NOTHING. Besides, there is no direct support from Microsoft, no phone or email and just having to rely in this useless forum.

    Please, fix all this sh*t now once and for all!

    If you have not already you need to post in the support forum to receive assistance. This is the discussion forum for the Reward Program and it is not monitored by the staff. Once you do that they will review your account and reply to you within 1-2 business
    days. They do not work weekends so it's possible you won't hear from them until Monday.

    I tried that but theres no option for microsoft rewards that i can find. Endless cycle of signing in again or chat not being able to help with this enquiry on the chat form.

    You will need to contact Microsoft Rewards on this issue. It happens sometimes, just take screen shots of the achievements with the date visible, such as on Xbox mobile app, Xbox Companion app on PC, or taking a pic of your TV screen. They are really good
    about helping getting players the missed points if the system doesn't register the quest or activity complete.

    You can find the link to Microsoft Rewards from you Microsoft Account page in the Rewards tab and scroll to the bottom of the page.
