    This company wont even alow me to cancel my subscription like i tryed a month ago i dont want the game pass anymore. I dont know how hard it is to let me cancel my subscription.

    Who is your ISP ? my brother seems to have problems like that. everything esle works fine. Don't know if it is relevant or not but it might be worth looking into

    Are you Hardwired mate? If so then could be a dodgy port on your router, Try another port ( providing your router has enough )

    I'm forever losing connection to Live also, and I have no idea why, I'm also using wireless. It only happens though, when I'm playing single player games, never cuts out while in the middle of a MP game!!! My phone and laptop never lose connection!!! very
    frustrating.

    As above, then if a wired connection fixes the problem get some "home plugs" so that you don't have to run cables everywhere. Much better than Wi-Fi.

    It could be your wireless signal but I have personally been using wireless for years now on both my 360 and PS3 and I have never had an issue.
