You guys changed my gamertag that i literally just paid for. You didnt properly notify me! AND WORST OF ALL YOU WANT ME TO PAY TO HAVE IT CHANGE IT AFTER I JUST PAID! i am disappointed fix my problem now

what the heck?

just switched back from ps3 to the 360. got madden and played online. 5 games. 4 quit when losing, 1 quit when just ahead. ? whats up with that? i have great internet, play str8[the 1 guy who quit when winning went for 4rth down on his own 20] then he quit.
what do you have to do to finish game. first game the kid finished. played str8 and i won. didnt get no win. still 0-0. tried ranked but cant get any1 to play. any ideas? thanks
