    As far as I know nothing changed. They first started showing up TODAY

    These do not show up when I use Remote Play just specifically on my TV & they were not there yesterday

    It turns out they are Picture In Picture caused by my HDMI Switcher heh

    Those look to be some type of overlay unrelated to the Xbox UI as there is no feature on Xbox or it's apps that can do that. Check through your monitor or TV settings to see if something has been toggled on.
